LEAD PA’s Ready to Manage 101 program is a multi-day, cohort-based FREE & VIRTUAL training for anyone interested in working as a staff member for a competitive electoral or policy-change campaign.

These trainings cover the fundamentals of running a compliant and effective advocacy effort. With insights from  professionals from across the progressive community, graduates leave these trainings with necessary tools needed to mount a successful operation.

  • Ready to Manage 201 trainings are invitation only, for experienced campaign managers and field directors.

  • Both trainings are by invitation only, for experienced Campaign Managers.

    At the conclusion of either training program, you will receive a certificate indicating that you have completed all modules for Ready to Manage, 101 and/or 201.
